How Stratech uses AI
Stratech GmbH carries the Swiss Made Software + AI label — an independent mark for Swiss software that is transparent about its use of artificial intelligence. We build our software in Switzerland and integrate AI where it earns its place. Here is what that means.
What we use AI for
Across our software we apply AI to document intelligence — answering questions in natural language from the content of a specific document, and making scanned material searchable — and to computer vision and video understanding. AI augments deterministic, auditable core logic; it does not replace it.
Models and origin
We use established third-party foundation models — large language models and vision models — accessed through governed APIs. We do not operate proprietary foundation models, and we do not train or fine-tune models on customer data.
Hosting and sovereignty
Our software is hosted in Swiss data centres on Swiss infrastructure, outside the reach of the US CLOUD Act and compatible with Swiss financial-sector requirements. Where a deployment requires it, AI inference is routed through Swiss- or EU-hosted, provider-compatible gateways.
Governance
AI operates on the data you supply at request time, under access controls and audit logging, with no uncontrolled training on your content. Every AI-assisted capability is opt-in and explainable.
